Leasing Professional - Prose Hayden Island

About the role

Prose Hayden Island is a newer 284-unit community on Hayden Island along the Columbia River, between Portland and Vancouver, WA. The Leasing Professional provides excellent customer service, runs tours and helps residents move in smoothly. The role is full time in Portland, Oregon, with an hourly range of $20.00 - $23.00.

Key responsibilities

• Build prospects and run apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours
• Ensure a stellar move-in experience for customers
• Research comps for marketing and advertising purposes
• Plan and run community events
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Use social media and online platforms to market available units
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, though a positive can-do attitude is required
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features and answer resident questions
• High level of professionalism in manner and dress

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Property management software such as Yardi or One Site is desired but not required
