Leasing Professional - Rivercrest Meadows

About the role

Rivercrest Meadows, a 341-unit garden-style community in Tualatin, Oregon, is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional. The role is central to the team's success, combining customer service, prospecting and leasing, and community engagement. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Build prospects and lead apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours
• Ensure a great move-in experience for residents
• Research comparable properties for marketing and advertising
• Plan and run community events
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email
• Promote available units using social media and online platforms
• Help with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer service experience desired, though a positive can-do attitude is required
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features and answer resident questions
• Professionalism in manner and dress
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Property management software such as Yardi or One Site is desired but not required

• Hourly pay of $19.00 - $22.00, with possible bonus programs depending on whether the role is corporate or onsite
