Leasing Professional – Martingale Community

About the role

The Martingale community is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, process applications, and execute lease agreements for new residents.
• Maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and address any concerns promptly.
• Secure lease renewals and manage resident retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a well‑presented community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
