About the role

The Leasing Professional will support a stabilized, mid‑rise community of 84 units in Berkeley. This entry‑level position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement community promotion strategies.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in customer service or sales.

• Ability to work a Friday‑to‑Tuesday schedule.
