Leasing Professional – Blayr

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for the Blayr community in Bala Cynwyd. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any maintenance needs, and ensure move‑in readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Proficiency in online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
