About the role
Avana Powell Valley is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join its team in Gresham, Oregon. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct all leasing activities for new residents, including tours, applications, and lease execution.
- Maintain high resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Secure lease renewals and support resident retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a leasing professional in multifamily or residential property settings.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
