Leasing Manager – Dual Site (Wiregrass at Stone Oak/Savannah Oaks)

About the role

The Leasing Manager will oversee marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for two Greystar communities – Wiregrass at Stone Oak and Savannah Oaks. This role is responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, set rent pricing and concessions, and oversee day‑to‑day leasing operations.
• Stay informed on market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and manage print and digital advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance and safety standards, and enhance unit marketability through inspections and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and complete move‑in procedures.
• Review and analyze financial and leasing reports to track performance.
