Leasing Consultant – The Orchards at Market Plaza

About the role

The Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective residents at The Orchards at Market Plaza. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, create an exceptional living experience, and support community events that foster resident engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, and processing applications.
• Collect and record pertinent information from new residents at move‑in.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, collaborate with leadership, and develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Design and execute marketing activities and events, including resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Support planning and execution of community events to enhance resident lifestyle.
