Lease-Up Community Manager for Prose Lakewood

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Lease‑Up Community Manager to lead the launch of a new 285‑unit property, Prose Lakewood, in Seattle. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, team leadership, and achieving financial and occupancy targets during the critical lease‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
• Lead, train, and schedule on‑site staff to deliver high‑quality resident services.
• Drive leasing activity to meet occupancy goals and manage resident move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and report financial performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and the local community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property‑management experience, preferably in lease‑up environments.
• Demonstrated ability to meet budgeted financial and operational objectives.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
