Learning Specialist

About the role

The Learning Specialist will design, deliver, and manage training programs that equip employees with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to excel in their roles. Working closely with internal partners, you will ensure learning initiatives align with business priorities and adult‑learning best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and conduct onboarding, upskilling, and other L&D programs across the organization.
• Collaborate with Patient Services managers, field management, and Marketing to define training solutions.
• Perform needs assessments and instructional analysis to ensure consistent content and methods.
• Apply adult‑learning theory using virtual instructor‑led sessions, e‑learning, self‑study, video, and social‑media tools.
• Identify and implement new training approaches to improve development efficiency.
• Partner with the Instructional Design team to create online training modules.
• Maintain attendance records, ensure completion of required trainings, and report on employee progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
• 2‑3 years of instructor‑led training experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare settings (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies, adult‑learning best practices, and industry training technologies.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, presentation, and public‑speaking skills.
• Ability to build cross‑business relationships and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
