Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

Talkiatry is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for its growing clinical and corporate workforce. You will partner across the organization to create engaging learning experiences that support rapid growth and high‑quality mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate orientation sessions for new psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and therapists.
• Develop content for live, facilitator‑led workshops and eLearning modules for both corporate and clinical audiences.
• Assist in implementing cohort‑based programs focused on leadership, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Collaborate with corporate and clinical teams to create additional learning and development materials as needed.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of the L&D team.

Required profile

• Engaging teacher with a solid understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt delivery to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communicator capable of interacting with individuals ranging from high‑school graduates to physicians with advanced training.
• Strong listening and collaboration skills, with a focus on building effective partnerships across the organization.
