Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for a client in Fort Worth. This full‑time, onsite position leads enterprise‑wide learning and development initiatives with a strong focus on leadership competency development, training systems, and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategies, policies, and competency models aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and business leaders to align training initiatives and promote the Leadership Competency Program.
• Ensure all learning programs comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Manage the annual audit plan for learning and development, track findings, and drive continuous improvement.
• Administer Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and oversee related training roadmaps and system coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading a Learning & Development function, including competency design and implementation.
• At least 3 years of project‑management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an internal trainer in an industrial or corporate environment.

Required skills

• Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) administration.
