HRLDP Summer Internship – MS/MBA 2027

About the role

Alcon, the global leader in eye care, is seeking graduate‑level students for a summer 2027 HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) internship. Interns will join one of four HR Centers of Excellence and contribute to high‑impact projects that shape talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, culture, or total rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Support initiatives within the selected COE (Global Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Culture Capabilities & Talent, or Total Rewards).
• Assist in developing strategies for continuous learning, onboarding programs, and talent management platforms.
• Contribute to employer branding, university recruiting, and D&I events.
• Conduct research, benchmarking, data analysis, and communications for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university for at least one semester before and one semester after the internship.
• Pursuing a graduate‑level degree (MS in HR) or an MBA with a focus on HR/management.
