Learning & Development Lead

About the role

Wing is seeking a Learning & Development Lead to design, launch and scale its first centralized corporate training function. The role will shape how the global workforce acquires skills, aligns with operational priorities and embraces a next‑generation, AI‑driven learning paradigm.

Key responsibilities

• Define the blueprint, strategy and system foundation for a centralized corporate training function serving Wing’s global employees.
• Evaluate, select and implement modern, AI‑driven learning tools and knowledge systems, moving beyond traditional LMS platforms.
• Architect core learning pillars based on learning science to create measurable learning pathways, starting with Safety, Compliance and Environmental Health & Safety programs.
• Build and extend Wing’s leadership frameworks that guide managers in mentoring and developing high‑performing teams.
• Elevate engineering and operational skill sets through cutting‑edge workflows and contextual learning experiences.
• Partner with internal AI champions to embed LLM‑driven knowledge engines and adaptive learning paths across the organization.
