Learning and Development Consultant

About the role

The Learning and Development Consultant will help shape and execute the Bank’s learning strategy, creating solutions that close skill gaps and boost employee performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses at departmental and team levels.
• Apply ADDIE instructional design methodology to develop learning experiences that drive behavioral change.
• Design self‑paced content, job aids, and tools grounded in adult‑learning theory.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions and administer assessments such as DISC and StrengthsFinder.
• Manage vendor relationships, learner communications, and engagement campaigns.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick/Phillips models and measure learning outcomes.
• Support high‑potential and leadership development programs in partnership with Talent Development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 + years of related experience, or 2 years of college and 7 + years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) and adult‑learning principles.
• Familiarity with evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips) and learner diagnostics.
• Experience managing digital learning ecosystems and LMS administration.
