About the role

Join the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a Human Resources Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting HR programs and initiatives while developing innovative talent engagement approaches.

Key responsibilities

  • Support HR programs, event planning, and departmental projects/reports.
  • Prepare presentation decks for various audiences.
  • Develop innovative approaches to talent engagement.

Required profile

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Public Policy, Sociology, or Industrial Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • At least one semester remaining in school and ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) for 10‑12 weeks.

Required skills

  • Strong computer/technical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Access.
