Analyst – Strategic Relationship Management

About the role

The Analyst will join Deloitte University’s Executive Accelerators team in Westlake, Texas, supporting senior clients across industries. This in‑office position focuses on designing and delivering immersive client experiences while managing project logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Support experience design by planning, producing, and managing physical or digital materials, conducting research, and facilitating design sessions.
• Assist day‑of delivery, handling logistics, technology, content sharing, and real‑time updates while documenting outcomes.
• Provide project management for executive and team experiences, tracking milestones, escalating risks, and maintaining documentation systems.
• Contribute to special projects and innovative approaches within the XA program.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of professional experience.
• Ability to work onsite at Deloitte University Westlake and travel up to 30%.
• Strong executive presence, attention to detail, and ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a focus on business writing and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Salesforce is a plus.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analytical tools.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $66,300 to $110,500 per year.
• Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.
