HR Business Partner / HR Director for Core Business Unit

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner / HR Director to support its Core Business Unit. The role is fully remote and works with globally distributed teams, ensuring HR processes align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure personnel effectiveness and alignment with company strategic and financial targets.
• Manage staffing levels, probation completions, and employee satisfaction.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and a motivating work environment.
• Implement and enforce HR processes, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor and measure manager and employee satisfaction with HR services.

Required profile

• 4+ years of HR Business Partner or HR Director experience in an international digital/IT environment.
• Proven ability to manage payroll budgets, turnover, efficiency, engagement and loyalty with measurable impact.
• Goal‑oriented, data‑driven mindset with strong project management skills.
• Highly resilient, able to thrive under uncertainty and multitasking.
• Fluent in both Russian and English.

Required skills

• Implementation of full employee lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, training, succession planning, performance evaluation, and termination.
• Experience with C&B analytics and payroll budgeting.
