About the role

Join Cadence Academy Preschool as a Lead Teacher for our 2‑year‑old classroom, working from 8 am to 5 pm. You will help create a nurturing, research‑based learning environment that supports each child’s development and celebrates milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Document and share children’s developmental milestones with parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to deliver an engaging, curriculum‑aligned program.
• Enhance play experiences and model positive social behavior.
• Plan and facilitate diverse daily activities that promote safety and curiosity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child‑friendly classroom.

Required profile

• Meets all state preschool teacher‑assistant requirements.
• High flexibility and willingness to work within standard business hours.
• Previous experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is preferred.
