Lead Talent Acquisition - Executive Recruiting Associate

About the role

The Executive Talent Acquisition, Associate identifies, engages and hires the next generation of AT&T leadership to strengthen the executive management team. The role supports all phases of executive search, including talent mapping, candidate identification, market intelligence, candidate engagement, research, reporting and project management, and acts as a trusted partner in developing search strategies and building diverse executive talent pipelines. It is a full-time onsite position in Atlanta, Georgia, five days per week, with no relocation available.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Executive TA leadership to develop and run search strategies for executive-level hiring.
• Map executive talent and research the market to find high-potential leadership candidates, and build and maintain executive talent pipelines.
• Identify, qualify and engage executive candidates through direct outreach and relationship building, and support kick-off meetings, calibrations and progress reviews.
• Research executive talent markets, competitors and industry trends, and co-author talent intelligence reports and market analyses.
• Build relationships with executive candidates and passive talent, representing AT&T's culture and value proposition.
• Manage several search projects at once, coordinate timelines and deliverables, and keep accurate records in AT&T systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Strong research and analytical abilities, relationship-building skills, business acumen and a strong sense of ownership.
