Lead Stylist – Retail Fashion Associate

About the role

Join Levi Strauss & Co. as a Lead Stylist at the Legends Outlets in Kansas City. You will drive an exceptional customer experience by blending product knowledge, fashion insight, and omni‑channel engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach staff to deliver top‑tier service, sales, merchandising and store operations.
• Promote Levi’s products, suggest looks based on trends, and drive Red Tab Loyalty program participation.
• Resolve consumer concerns, partner with management on escalated issues, and ensure cash and merchandise handling compliance.
• Maintain store standards for shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment and technology adoption.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy, trend‑aware, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, inclusive, self‑starter with a growth mindset.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform physical tasks.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of Levi’s, Dockers, Denizen and Signature brands.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to handle cash and inventory systems.
