About the role

We are seeking an energetic Lead Preschool Teacher to design and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences for young children. You will join a collaborative team dedicated to creating a supportive, fun, and high‑quality early‑learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with early‑learning standards.
• Document student progress through portfolios and visual displays.
• Communicate daily with parents, building strong, proactive relationships.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work with the team to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Active Early Education Credential (EEC) certification.
• Professional experience in a licensed preschool setting.
• High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families and staff.
• Self‑starter with a solid work ethic and initiative.
