Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscape maintenance operations and uphold quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of landscape technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
• Manage scheduling, equipment, and inventory to keep workflow efficient.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate plant health and project progress.
• Communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.
• Implement sustainable landscaping practices to support environmental stewardship.
• Monitor team performance and report project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in landscape or garden maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and maintenance techniques.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
