About the role
We are looking for a motivated Field Technician to join our lake‑maintenance team on the Treasure Coast. The role provides on‑the‑job training and involves independent work outdoors, interacting directly with homeowners, associations and property managers.
Key responsibilities
- Treat and maintain lake vegetation and algae for assigned accounts.
- Perform water testing, fish stocking and other pond‑service tasks.
- Communicate regularly with customers to discuss lake and pond needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our service software.
- Operate boats, all‑terrain vehicles, trucks and related equipment safely.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college optional).
- Ability to read and follow herbicide labels, safety rules and operating procedures.
- Strong time‑management, organizational and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, works well independently and as part of a team.
- Valid, clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.
