Kindergarten Teacher (2026-2027 School Year)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will create engaging learning experiences that support the intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth of young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate instructional activities across core subjects.
• Assess student progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
• Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and share best practices.
• Utilize standard instructional equipment and personal computer resources for lesson planning and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements for the assigned subject and grade level.
• ESL certification (required for all Core Subjects EC‑6 and ELAR 7‑12).
• At least one year of student teaching or an approved internship.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of assigned subjects and general curriculum standards.
• Ability to instruct students effectively and manage classroom behavior.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard instructional equipment.
