About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher for the 2026‑2027 school year at Fern Creek Elementary School. The position starts at 9:40 am and follows a 187‑day calendar with a typical 7‑hour workday.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver instruction aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Monitor, evaluate, and communicate each student’s progress.
- Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and ensure compliance with board policies.
- Supervise students, enforce school regulations, and protect school property and materials.
Required profile
- Valid Kentucky certification appropriate to the grade level and curricular assignment (P‑5, IECE).
- Experience and preparation as required by the Board.
- Accurate completion of the online application; falsification may lead to exclusion or termination.
