Kids Development Coach

About the role

KidStrong is seeking enthusiastic coaches to join its rapidly growing DFW location. You will work directly with children and their parents, delivering a science‑based curriculum that enhances brain, physical, and character development for kids up to 11 years old.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group classes for children aged 15 months to 8 years, following KidStrong’s curriculum.
• Engage parents, explaining program benefits and progress.
• Maintain a safe, motivating environment and ensure class schedules run smoothly on weekdays and weekends.
• Provide private coaching sessions to increase scheduled hours when needed.

Required profile

• Background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric OT/PT.
• Experience communicating with parents about child development.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal style and self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• CPR certified.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
