Kids Development Coach

About the role
KidStrong is seeking enthusiastic coaches to join its rapidly growing DFW location. You will work directly with children and their parents, delivering a science‑based curriculum that enhances brain, physical, and character development for kids up to 11 years old.
Key responsibilities
- Lead group classes for children aged 15 months to 8 years, following KidStrong’s curriculum.
- Engage parents, explaining program benefits and progress.
- Maintain a safe, motivating environment and ensure class schedules run smoothly on weekdays and weekends.
- Provide private coaching sessions to increase scheduled hours when needed.
Required profile
- Background in athletics, coaching, or pediatric OT/PT.
- Experience communicating with parents about child development.
- Positive, motivating interpersonal style and self‑starter attitude.
Required skills
- CPR certified.
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
