Key Accounts Director - Northwest

About the role

The Key Accounts Director partners with the regional field sales team to drive penetration of Kerecis and Coloplast Advanced Wound Dressing products in strategic hospital and private office accounts across the Northwest. This senior position works closely with Regional and Area Directors to expand market share and foster cross‑specialty engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute account‑level strategies targeting strategic healthcare organizations.
• Coordinate contract additions and requests with the IDN Enterprise and Contracting team.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to identify innovative partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain high‑value relationships with key decision makers.
• Conduct regular business reviews in coordination with the IDN Enterprise team.
• Travel 50‑70% to support account activities and adoption of product lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare medical device industry with a proven record of strategic selling.
• Strong, established relationships with hospitals in the designated area.
• Excellent communication, presentation and financial analysis abilities.
