About the role

Clopay National Accounts is seeking a Key Account Team Lead to manage service calls, lead a Key Account Team, and ensure high customer satisfaction for assigned key accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer service calls, including dispatch, quoting, project management, and vendor selection.
  • Lead and develop the Key Account Team, conduct coaching, performance reviews, and handle disciplinary issues.
  • Monitor performance metrics, call aging, and unresolved expenses.
  • Collaborate with Service Department Supervisor on trends and continuous improvement.
  • Achieve defined profitability expectations for the team.

Required profile

  • 2‑4 years of management experience.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong coaching and customer service skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and flexible hours.

Required skills

  • Excellent computer skills.
