Junior Strategist – Creative Agency

About the role

Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a Junior Strategist to support the development of brand narratives and creative briefs. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work alongside senior strategists on integrated, data‑driven campaigns for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fact‑finding across internal documents, client materials, and external sources.
• Review, synthesize, and present research findings, including competitive analysis and consumer insights.
• Curate cultural trends and share fresh ideas with the creative team.
• Write trend reports, research summaries, and task briefs.
• Collaborate with Senior Strategists to draft creative briefs.
• Assist with new‑business pitch development.

Required profile

• At least 2 months of relevant experience (internship or study project).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training.
• Understanding of brands and target audiences.
• Experience working in or with a creative agency.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Resourceful, eager to learn, and comfortable with limited direction.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
