Junior Social Media Specialist

About the role

Olly Olly, a SaaS-first company helping small businesses rank higher, generate leads and grow sustainably, is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and design-savvy Junior Social Media Specialist. The role bridges artificial intelligence and real-world brand representation: instead of writing content from scratch, you partner with Olly AI, the company's content generation engine, to review, refine and lay out high-performing posts across 225+ small business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lay out, schedule and publish monthly social media schedules across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, starting at 100 to 150 accounts and growing to 225+ clients.
• Review and adapt AI-generated campaigns so each post fits the client's industry, local marketing goals and brand voice.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Account Coordinators to act on feedback and keep client retention high.
• Track platform guideline, dimension and algorithm changes and propose layout and template adjustments to maximise engagement.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or digital production; agency or high-volume account management experience is a major plus.
• Ability to manage deadlines across 200+ accounts at once.
• Strong eye for post layouts, typography and brand consistency, and attention to spelling and phrasing.
• Eagerness to work alongside generative AI tools and automated publishing platforms.
• Quickly switching between diverse industries such as plumbing, HVAC, retail and professional services.
