About the role

Newhouse, an integrated creative and communications agency, is seeking a Junior Director to lead its influencer marketing initiatives. The role will support client outreach programs, identify and engage key influencers, and help expand the department’s capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with Experiential, PR, Social, and Creative teams to launch influencer programs.
Develop go‑to‑market strategies and influencer selection rationales with content briefs.
Monitor program quality, creative direction, and adherence to strategic pillars.
Coordinate legal and contract negotiations with influencers.
Assist with client presentations and in‑person event management.
Compile coverage reports and provide weekly status updates.
Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in influencer marketing.

Required profile

10+ years of experience executing influencer campaigns.
Excellent writing and presentation abilities.
Detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
