Junior Copywriter

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a Junior Copywriter who can turn complex B2B products into compelling stories. You will craft messaging that resonates with audiences who may not yet know they need the solution, helping our clients—primarily B2B brands—feel a human connection to software, services, and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Write case studies, email sequences, sales enablement content, thought‑leadership pieces, and product messaging for B2B audiences.
• Develop copy across formats such as ad overlays, website pages, landing pages, manifestos, presentations, and more.
• Leverage data and performance insights to refine creative and feed learnings back into the development process.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across all client projects and collaborate on concept decks for 360° campaigns.
• Partner proactively with art directors, design leads, account managers, and producers to manage progress and bandwidth.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of copywriting experience, with a focus on B2B communications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B and performance‑driven work; DTC and social samples are a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while taking direction and feedback constructively.
• Up‑to‑date on cultural trends, emerging platforms, and new storytelling formats.
