Paid Social Manager

About the role

As a Paid Social Manager you will lead the strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across major platforms. Working closely with cross‑functional strategists and global teammates, you will own end‑to‑end performance on social channels while mentoring a small team and acting as a trusted partner to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of one to two paid‑social buyers or strategists.
• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and emerging channels.
• Analyse day‑to‑day performance drivers, creative impact, audience signals and platform algorithm changes.
• Develop strong client relationships to ensure strategies align with business goals.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and analytics teams to build innovative, social‑first media plans.
• Partner with global teammates to align testing frameworks and best practices.
• Continuously improve processes, documentation and workflows for greater efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid‑social campaign management (Meta required; TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat preferred).
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong client communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strategic, analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
