Search Engine Marketing Account Manager

About the role

WITHIN is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Account Manager to lead paid search initiatives across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads. You will design, launch, and optimize campaigns that support integrated media strategies for large client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and expand keywords and ad copy, manage negative keywords, and conduct landing page audits.
• Analyze performance data to refine creative, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
• Develop budget allocation models and recommend spend optimizations.
• Design, implement, and track tests for new features, bid strategies, and landing pages.
• Produce in‑depth ad‑hoc and cyclical reports on account performance, trends, and competitor insights.
• Mentor junior strategists, provide guidance, and deliver constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years managing search or integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience handling $1M+ annual budgets.
• Strong client focus and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of training or mentoring junior marketers.
