Growth Marketing Specialist

About the role

Tart is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to turn creative work into consistent brand awareness, conversations and new business. This hybrid role blends outbound outreach, email marketing and social content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound & Growth: test outreach hypotheses, build and run sequences in GetSales, track replies and optimise campaigns.
• Email Marketing: write a bi‑weekly newsletter, build nurture sequences for warm leads, monitor opens, clicks and replies.
• Social & Content: plan and publish Instagram and LinkedIn posts, create case studies and behind‑the‑scenes stories, use social as an outbound channel.

Required profile

• Clear, natural English communication (B2 minimum).
• Basic knowledge or experience in sales or marketing with a willingness to learn.
• Creative mindset combined with analytical ability to test ideas and measure results.
• Ability to understand a brand’s audience, tone and positioning.
• Ownership attitude – investigate why campaigns under‑perform.
• Attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use it.

Required skills

• Experience with B2B marketing or sales.
• Cold outreach and LinkedIn lead generation.
• Email marketing and newsletter creation.
• Familiarity with agency or startup environments.
• Understanding of CPG/consumer brands.
• Good visual taste and copywriting ability.
