Junior Attorney – Immigration Law

About the role

Inmigración Pro LLC is looking for a motivated Junior Attorney to support its immigration practice. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work directly with senior lawyers on a variety of immigration matters, helping individuals and families navigate the U.S. immigration system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage immigration cases such as asylum, removal defense, family petitions, and adjustment of status.
• Draft and file legal documents, motions, and supporting evidence.
• Represent clients before Immigration Court and USCIS when required.
• Conduct legal research and perform case analysis.
• Maintain compliance with immigration statutes, deadlines, and internal procedures.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 0–2 years of experience in immigration law (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field (preferred).
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
