About the role
Join a well‑established, multi‑practice law firm in Miami as an immigration attorney. You will work directly with a diverse client base, handling high‑stakes immigration matters from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Manage removal defense, family‑based petitions, asylum, and humanitarian relief cases.
- Prepare and file applications with USCIS and represent clients before EOIR and immigration courts.
- Communicate case updates and legal strategy to clients in multiple languages.
- Maintain accurate case files while handling a high volume caseload.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategy and courtroom advocacy.
Required profile
- Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum two years of hands‑on immigration law experience.
- Strong client communication skills, especially with first‑generation immigrant communities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, small‑firm environment.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of USCIS, EOIR, and immigration court procedures.
