About the role
Join BAYADA as a Job Coach, providing one‑on‑one support, coaching, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in integrated community work settings.
Key responsibilities
- Assist individuals in exploring career interests, securing employment, and developing job‑maintenance skills.
- Monitor progress through documentation and educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
- Advocate for workplace inclusion and reasonable accommodations.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with IDD.
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
- Day‑time availability and ability to work flexible part‑time shifts.
Required skills
- Basic documentation and progress‑tracking skills.
- Effective communication with employers and individuals.
