Job Coach / Employment Specialist for IDD

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for dedicated Job Coaches to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in community work settings. You will provide one‑on‑one coaching, help explore career interests, and assist in securing and maintaining meaningful employment.

Key responsibilities

• Empower individuals to obtain and retain meaningful jobs.
• Monitor job skill development and document progress.
• Educate employers on the benefits of hiring people with disabilities.
• Advocate for workplace inclusion and reasonable accommodations.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience working with IDD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Day‑time availability.
• ACRE and/or CESP certification preferred but not required.
