IT Support Technician – Managed Services

About the role

The IT Support Technician – Tier I provides high‑quality technical support for mission‑critical environments, focusing on first‑call resolution and integrating AI‑driven tools into daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive problem solving using AI‑assisted diagnostics and automation.
• Handle tiered support, vendor escalations, and explore AI solutions for complex issues.
• Monitor systems with AI‑powered analytics to prevent incidents.
• Configure and troubleshoot with a security‑first mindset, leveraging AI‑enhanced threat detection.
• Provide remote and occasional onsite “Smart Hands” support for firewall, switch, and access‑point installations.
• Participate in innovation projects such as piloting new AI features.

Required profile

• 2+ years supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 in business settings.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals, DNS, DHCP and basic network optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange administration and Windows system management tools.
• Familiarity with antivirus/malware protection and interest in AI‑based security technologies.
• Performance‑driven, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
