IT Site Specialist

About the role

Ramp is seeking an IT Site Specialist to join its San Francisco office. This temporary full‑time position blends on‑site deskside support with ownership of the company’s core SaaS application stack, ensuring smooth daily operations and scalable IT processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person IT support five days a week, acting as the primary point of contact for the SF site.
• Handle deskside and walk‑up support, resolve tickets end‑to‑end, and manage advanced troubleshooting before escalation.
• Administer core applications (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and other SaaS tools) including user lifecycle, group/role management, and SSO/SCIM integrations.
• Manage SaaS portfolio: seat counts, usage tracking, license optimization, and renewal coordination.
• Maintain on‑site hardware inventory, procurement, and AV/conference room reliability.
• Build and maintain integrations and automations to enforce least‑privilege access and reduce manual work.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in an enterprise‑size organization with both on‑site support and SaaS administration.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, including user lifecycle and least‑privilege practices.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and comfortable handling ambiguous, cross‑functional projects.
