IT Helpdesk Technician

About the role

As the first point of contact for technology issues, you will keep the Expion Health team productive by delivering prompt, friendly support. Based in our North Bethesda office, you’ll assist both on‑site staff and remote colleagues across the country, troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on and remote technical support via phone, email and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows 11, macOS, Office 365, printers, monitors, tablets and other peripherals.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions and document resolutions.
• Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and manage onboarding/offboarding processes, including device provisioning and account management.
• Install, configure and maintain computer systems and applications.

Required profile

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting instincts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
