IT Endpoint Administrator

About the role

The IT Endpoint Administrator is responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining and supporting all endpoint devices across Habitat’s global operations. This role ensures a secure, consistent and reliable computing environment for staff at headquarters, affiliates and branch offices.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, deploy and manage Windows, macOS and mobile endpoints.
• Maintain endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM.
• Implement software updates, security patches and standard operating environments.
• Enforce endpoint security policies including encryption, anti‑virus and compliance baselines.
• Provide Tier 3 support for endpoint‑related incidents and collaborate on OS migrations, hardware refreshes and application roll‑outs.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years of experience in desktop computing environments and endpoint support.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune/SCCM, PowerShell scripting and remote desktop management.
• Experience supporting senior staff and C‑suite personnel in multi‑site or hybrid environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and mentoring abilities.
