Inventory Coordinator - Neuro Expansion

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute is expanding with a new state‑of‑the‑art facility. The Inventory Coordinator will act as a liaison between the department and Supply Chain Management to ensure inventory levels meet departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity and adjust par levels based on usage.
• Resolve shipping and receiving issues with vendors or carriers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automated ordering systems, preventing ordering issues.
• Verify accuracy of receipts, orders, and conduct consignment audits.
• Coordinate back‑order processes, notify users, and identify alternate products.
• Receive, inspect, and document storeroom stock, and deliver supplies to appropriate floors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and meet Cleveland Clinic insurance requirements.
• Two years of inventory control experience or an associate’s degree in supply chain management.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain functions is preferred.

Required skills

• Computer systems experience with bar‑code readers, handheld computers and printers.
• Proficiency with ERP and automated ordering systems.
