About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced International Tax Compliance Manager to join its Financial Services Global Structuring team in Silicon Valley. You will lead the delivery of innovative tax solutions for multinational clients, leveraging technology and automation to enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex international tax scenarios and provide strategic advisory services.
• Lead and develop project teams, ensuring planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion.
• Supervise client accounts, drive strategic initiatives and maintain high‑quality deliverables.
• Collaborate across functions to leverage diverse skill sets and promote knowledge sharing.
• Uphold professional standards, regulatory compliance and PwC’s code of conduct.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
