Deal Data Technology & Analytics Manager

About the role

As a Deal Data Technology & Analytics Manager at PwC, you will lead data‑driven initiatives that enhance decision‑making for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital‑market transactions. You will work within the Deals practice, collaborating with senior stakeholders to embed advanced analytics, machine learning and AI into deal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data‑driven projects that improve M&A decision quality.
• Manage and mentor teams delivering complex data analysis and machine‑learning solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau.
• Integrate and validate data from multiple sources to support transaction services.
• Design and execute data‑quality improvement plans.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and value‑creation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
• Coach team members in data‑science and analytics best practices.
• Present clear, concise recommendations to clients.
• Maintain ethical standards and data security throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred studies: Accounting, Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance.
• Relevant certifications in databases, visualization tools, cloud platforms or predictive modeling are a plus.
