About the role
GF55 Architects is looking for an Intermediate Architect to join its New York City office. The role involves contributing to a diverse portfolio that includes mixed‑use, multifamily, institutional, hospitality, retail, and commercial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and detailed construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
- Prepare client presentations and design reviews.
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and regulations.
- Assist in project scheduling and budgeting.
Required profile
- 5–7 years of professional architectural experience.
- B.Arch degree; professional licensure is a plus.
- Knowledge of NYC building codes and regulations is a plus.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
