Construction Project Manager (Remote, Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong, detail‑oriented Construction Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from pre‑construction through final close‑out. This fully remote position works during U.S. Central Time business hours and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules covering all phases, monitor progress, and lead production meetings.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and coordinate with field teams to resolve constructability issues.
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasts, purchase commitments, and change orders.
• Coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, permitting processes, inspections, and documentation.
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders, handling schedule and budget impacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing residential construction projects, preferably in the United States.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, identify risks early and drive solutions.
