Intermediate Architect

About the role

FXCollaborative is seeking an Intermediate Architect to support senior architects on a variety of projects ranging from corporate to cultural and mixed‑use developments. The role involves contributing to all design phases, preparing client presentations, and ensuring high‑quality construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior architects throughout project phases from schematic design to construction administration.
• Prepare client presentation materials, design development and construction documentation.
• Assemble and manage construction drawing sets in Revit, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and wall details.
• Coordinate with project consultants and attend team meetings to align drawings and specifications.
• Stay current with design trends, building systems, code changes, and best practices.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of architectural experience.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from an accredited program.
• Registered architect status preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Strong design abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

What we offer

• Competitive salary $95,000 – $110,000 per year.
